Product structure
The Quickstone modules are constituted of
the following layers -

Natural stone tile
Only genuine natural stone is utilised for the 10 mm high
Quick Stone tiles. You can choose from a multitude of different
sorts of granite and marble.
Joint profile
The integrated grouting line consists of non-fading soft
plastic and is affixed to the side of the frame in the factory.
The grouting line is available in several colours.
Carrier frame
The Quick Line carrier frame forms the basis of the Quick
Stone module. The frame consists of durable hard plastic and
has a plug-in mechanism that enables simple installation by
clicking one tile into the next. It has a structural height
of 4.5 mm.
Filler
The interspaces on the backside of the module are completely
filled in during the factory connecting of the frame and the
tile.
Footfall sound insulation
The integrated footfall sound insulation comprised of soft
plastic is affixed on the underside of the carrier frame at
the factory. |
