Do you know about the so-called lotus blossom effect? Rainwater
simply trickles down the petal of the lotus plant because
it hardly has any contact with the surface and thus finds
no hold on the petal.
This effect was researched for a long time and was ultimately
adapted by scientists and made usable for everyone. The catchword
is called nanotechnology.
A nanometre (1 nm) is defined as the millionth part of a
millimetre, i.e. a dimension that is neither visible nor tangible
for humans. Nevertheless, a highly effective protection is
attained through sealing in the nano range. The surfaces treated
in this manner are water repellent and oil repellent on a
long-term basis. The appearance, the breathing activity and
the grip of all treated materials are completely retained
as a result.
After the application the nanoparticles bond with the surface
and form a protective layer. Dirt and liquids can no longer
penetrate and simply trickle off.
Cleaning efforts are tremendously facilitated through Nano
Quick Sealing. You require much less time and can almost completely
refrain from the application of cleaning or scouring agents.
The completely harmless (also in terms of foodstuffs) coating
is particularly advantageous for all of those who have to
observe hygienic regulations, such as in foodstuff businesses,
restaurants, butcher’s shops, etc. and daily cleaning
can be made much easier as a result.
A nano sealing is extremely durable in chemical and mechanical
terms. As a side effect, the surface and scratch resistance
is essentially increased so that mechanical abrasion through
normal use no longer shows any effect whatsoever. Even aggressive
environmental influences cannot harm the sealed natural stone.
Nano range sealing has been tested for several years and
optimally adapted to the natural stone surface.
Nano Quick, the invisible impregnating agent for natural
stone, is applied in the factory to all Quick Stone tiles.
The oil and water-repellent coating holds up to 5 years and
can be restored very easily after that through the renewed
application of Nano Quick. The breathing activity of the natural
stone is not impaired, even in the event of repeated application. |
